Our beautiful modern house is situated in the quiet little town of Sceale Bay on the Eyre Peninsula. Only a 20-minute drive to the popular town of Streaky Bay.
We can accommodate up to 8 guests, between 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With ramp access up into the house, enjoy open plan living that flows out onto the deck. Catch a sunrise over the bay or marvel at the beautiful colours of the sunset! Only a 2-minute walk to the beach and boat ramp, great for fishing, swimming, kayaking, surfing, snorkelling or a just walk on the beach. You might even spot a pod of dolphins or a frolicking seal.

Things to note:
• Our house has no mains water. This means we rely purely on rain water. Please be mindful of water use when showering. Due to water concerns, our washing machine is not available for guest use. A laundromat is available in Streaky Bay.
• The number of guests should be declared at the time of booking, and is not to be exceeded at any time (unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to check-in). Caravans, campers, tents, swags etc. are NOT PERMITTED for extra guests to stay on the property (unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to check-in). Occupancy of more than the originally declared number of guests, may result in instant cancellation of the booking/reservation and guests required to depart, with no refund provided.
• The base rate offered applies to 4 adults/children, an additional $20/per person applies for each guest beyond this to a maximum of 8 people. Please note guests are responsible for the safety of any visitors (including children) and we will not be held liable for any injury or hardship when at the property
• Children are considered guests, therefore should be included in the number of guests when making a booking. Children are to be supervised at all times on the property.
• Bedrooms will be made available according to booking numbers, please specify upon booking if you have certain requests/requirements
• Guests to bring own bath & beach towels. Towels can be provided for extra charge, please contact us to arrange, if required
• Smoking of any kind is NOT permitted inside or within close proximity to the house, including on the deck or near any windows
• Pets and animals of any kind are NOT PERMITTED at the property (unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to check-in). In the event that evidence of pets be found upon departure or during a stay, additional cleaning costs will be charged to the guest.
• No cleaning/filleting of fish allowed inside the house or on the deck, please use provided table at the rear of the property next to the rain water tanks
• No fires allowed anywhere on the property
